The name ‘Dicks Cottons' is inspired by my Papa Dick, who created eyewear by hand for the Navy. I began making shades for friends with a simple “Stickman” logo. Word quickly spread and our quality sunglasses and apparel soon became a staple for far-flung destinations around the world. Our slogan ‘be happy. live comfortably.' reminds you to enjoy the moments.
Shipping & Return:
Free US Shipping when you spend over $75. We offer USPS ground shipping for domestic orders. We also offer free returns, so try us out risk-free! All international orders are from $15-$30 shipping, depending on where you are located!
Most orders ship within 2-5 days of your order. We do our best to get your package out to you as soon as possible.
All domestic orders using our Ground Shipping option will ship from Los Angeles via USPS ground in the USA and take 3-7 days to arrive in the US. International orders take 2-3 weeks, depending on customs processing. We realize the speed at which your package arrives is directionally proportional to your happiness, so we do our best to get it to you quickly.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. We offer 30-days returns or exchanges, no questions asked. Dicks Cottons will issue a refund within 5 days of the receipt of the return/exchange in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Please note: we do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. To submit a return, please email us a heads up at rich@dickscottons.com and we'll send you back a return shipping label, on the house! Then, pack and seal your box securely (in the original package if possible) and ship it back to us with the label we gave you. As soon as we get it back, we'll issue you the refund.
