You have 30 days from the date you place your order to request a return. We accept returns for Eagle Creek items purchased directly from eaglecreek.com or through the Eagle Creek Customer Service Team via phone orders. To be eligible for returns, all items must be received in brand new, unused condition, with all components, and packaging intact. We’ll issue a refund within 10 business days of receipt for the purchase price to the account that was used to make the purchase.
