You may return your eastlandshoe.com order up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Please follow these instructions to return your shoes to us:
1. CHECK YOUR SHOES
Items that are to be returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and they must be in their original Eastland box and packaging. Worn or damaged shoes cannot be returned for a refund.
2. PACK YOUR SHOES
Simply complete the Returns & Exchanges section on the Packing Slip Receipt you receive with your order and enclose it with the items that you are returning.
3. PRINT YOUR LABEL
You can print a shipping label via the link below. Please note – we will deduct $7.00 from your refund for the return shipment:
If you choose to return your items via another shipping carrier, then we recommend that you insure your shipment or send your shoes via a trackable method.
4. SHIP YOUR RETURN

5. TRACK YOUR RETURN
Make sure to keep the tracking number and shipping receipt for your records.
6. RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
When your shoes are received and inspected, we will apply a refund to the credit card used to make the original order for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
