All you have to do is submit a return, wait for approval, and then a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of the return shipping will be taken out of your refund/store credit. Yes! The item(s) must be unused, unworn, with no signs of washing or use. All tags and liners must be attached.
You can return online purchases to our Huntington Beach store in person only. You must show email order confirmation to show date of purchase. The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and the original form of payment will be refunded.
We stand by our products and offer a 6-month warranty. Please email us within 6 months of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item and we'll help you out!
