We reserve the right to exclude items from the 365 Day Guarantee that have not been maintained per our care instructions (including the use of chlorine bleach on any product), or items that have been altered or abused. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, damage or loss of buttons, and staining from ink, betadine or other non-organic agents.
