Shipping Policy:
Once your package arrives to its destination country, it will be held for customs inspection, and may be subject to duties, taxes and/or broker fees. Mistral Soap has no control over the fees, and we do not pay the fees. We do list the full value of the contents of the package on the customs form for approval.
International orders will ship via the United States Post Office or UPS, 10 to 12 days for delivery, even if expedited is chosen. Shipping prices for deliveries are calculated by weight and distance of shipping. Perfume MUST ship via UPS. If you have chosen USPS, we will send via UPS.
Sadly, we do not refund shipping fees for returned packages due to refusal to pay duties, taxes and/or broker fees.
