Return Policy:
Customer service is our priority, and our return policy is built around a simple, risk-free, ordering experience. Unless otherwise noted, Rack Attack will fully refund all new items within 60 days of the original product shipping date.
- Items must be unused and unassembled.
- Items must be returned with the original box, packaging, and manuals.
- With the exception of cash purchases, refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and to the original funding source. An alternative card refund option must be chosen by the customer for returns of cash purchases.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, returns accepted by Rack Attack after the 60 day period will be credited with Rack Attack gift certificates only.
- The original shipping and handling costs (if charged) are not refundable unless Rack Attack was at fault.
- We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked.
- The following items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable:
- Closeout/clearance items
- Trailer hitches
- Any products ordered by special request
- Drop ship orders
- The items that require special handling or incur oversize charges are not eligible for a free return; in this case, any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company. All refused cargo box shipments are subject to an additional $100 transportation fee, which will be charged to the customer's credit card.
