To barbecue: For a more authentic flavour and appearance, cook as suggested then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned.
To grill from chilled, but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and place sausages on grill pan. During cooking: Grill on moderate heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. After cooking: Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a pre-heated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning half way through..
