Customers can return items purchased in a Stance operated retail store or on Stance.com within 30 days of the original purchase (or within 30 days of receiving an online order) for a full refund, an exchange, or an in store credit, with the exception of face masks.
- To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hang tags attached or in the original packaging in the case of underwear. All garments are subject to inspection.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, email order confirmation) and the credit card used at the time of purchase (for credit card transactions) will be required to process a refund.
- Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded as a store credit for the transaction price indicated on the gift receipt.
- Cash refunds are not permitted for online orders or returns without a valid proof of purchase.
- We only offer gift cards or exchanges for online return orders purchased using PayPal.
In order to be processed, returned items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:
Socks must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
Men's and boys' underwear must be unopened in the original packaging.
Women's intimates must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the tags attached.
T-Shirts must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
Face masks may not be returned.
