Xtava is happy to offer a limited one-year warranty (“warranty period”) on all products purchased new and unused from Xtava or an authorized reseller, with an original proof of purchase and where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the warranty period.
Return Policy:
We accept returns for any of our products purchased within 30 days for any reason. If 30 days have passed since you placed an order, we typically do not offer returns, however we encourage you to reach out to our customer service at support@xtava.com we will always do our best to provide you with a fast and effective solution.
If you would like to request a return for a damaged or defective product, please contact us at the email address provided below within 30 days of the purchase date. For all damaged and/or defective products, we offer a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive confirmation that the product has been sent back to us, your refund will be immediately issued back to your original form of payment. Refunds may show up on your credit card up to ten (10) business days after we have initiated the refund.
