Any new, unopened, and unused items purchased directly from our store and returned within 30 days may qualify a full refund of the cost of the item minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The consumer will be responsible for shipping the items back and the cost of shipping will not be refunded. All refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting us. If the consumer returns the item without a RMA number, the return will not be processed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 30 business days upon receipt of the returned package.
If an item purchased is defective then the consumer must notify us within 15 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify us within 15 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is our discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will be given an RMA number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the returned package.
If the item is not received by us, then no refunds or replacements will be issued. Therefore, it is recommended to ship with a tracking number in the case where the item has not been received by us. The consumer has 15 days once the return authorization number is provided to return the unwanted item back to us. If the consumer does not return the item within the given timeframe, then the return will be voided. A return will not be reauthorized or processed once the 15 days have passed.
